McIntyre Ranch Country Score - McIntyre Ranch Country was composed by Howard Cable in 2002 at the request of Ralph Thrall Jr. This composition is intended for advanced high school and other concert bands. McIntyre Ranch Country is a collage of old cowboy songs, plus Howard's interpretation of a traditional Blackfoot dance. Song titles include: Cowboy's Gettin'-Up Holler, The Old Chisholm Trail, I Ride an Old Paint, Git Along Little Dogies, The Streets of Laredo, The Railroad Corral, Good-by Old Paint and The Owl Dance. Running Length: 10 minutes and 18 seconds.

McIntyre Ranch Country - CD - Following closely on the heels of composing the music of McIntyre Ranch Country and publishing the score for it, came the production of a CD. We are very proud of the efforts put forth by the many who made this project possible. The CD features Erin Thrall, the Lethbridge Community Gold Band and the University of Lethbridge Singers. Thanks are also extended to Howard Cable, Don Robb and George Evelyn.

McIntyre Ranch History Booklet - Learn about the history of the beautiful McIntyre Ranch in this 35 page (5 1/2"x 7 1/2") booklet.

To the best of knowledge this booklet was first printed shortly before or shortly after the death of Billy McIntyre in November of 1947.

Occasional Paper No. 22 - In 1996, the Provincial Museum of Alberta published Natural History Occasional Paper No. 22 - A Bioinventory of McIntyre Ranch: An Extensive Fescue-Dominated Grassland in Southern Alberta. Edited by W. B. McGillivray and M. Steinhilber, the field-work for this project began in 1990 and concluded in 1993. The efforts produced a one hundred and sixteen page document addressing the vegetation and flora, the aculeate wasps (with the exception of the Formicidae), butterflies, fishes, amphibians, reptiles, summer birds and mammals of the McIntyre Ranch.
